My buddy's new bike

Don't you think it's time we all became more physically active?

Beginning in 2007, a few friends and I will be riding 5 miles every day. If any of you would like to join our Bike Club, please let me know and we can make arrangements to meet for the ride.

I think it would be appropriate to ride somewhere between 4:00 and 7:00pm. We can call it happy hour, if it will make you say yes. I have enclosed a photo of my bike

Only in New York, a Therapist going to work on a bike. He raced this Saturday and came in Second in the C field.

He gets bored easily, not sure if it was me or Mike?

Muggy and will was out and few other cyclist, not much tho, Bad thing about riding in the winter is the bike gets Dirty!!

Not too many cyclist was out...

Or Maybe I just missed them.

I didn't get his name but he kept up with those guys from Skadden with the big heavy bag on his bag.

John, the spinner.. He's the only one I know that rode in the cold winter days and he's not even racing.

He was inspired to ride when the path of West Side highway was being built. He started off with a hybrid and now he's High Speed Road Bike. Now he's flying... He's been riding for six years. Nice fellow.

poor guy dropped Doug earlier, So Doug decided to play dirty.

Dorothy...

She has been away from NYC too long, but now she's back!! We are glad she's back, b/c she's a very pleasant person and have a hell of a nice smile. Thanks for all the info, and hope the two year old don't keep you awake.
