Dr. Arunas, an Orthopedic, I told him my knee really hurts when I ride hard, so he told me not to ride hard anymore. So, Guys, In case you see me Drop back, I mean Way Back, It's not that I'm out of shape and haven't been riding for months, or I just suck!I'm just following the Doctor's Order. J/K, He seem to be a really cool doctor, hell! He rides a bike, hope to see him more in the park.
